30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a paid Focuslapse subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No hard feelings.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@focuslapse.com from the address on your account.
- Tell us the email used and, briefly, the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
How refunds are processed
- Focuslapse's payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc. (Polar.sh) as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Note: as Merchant of Record, Polar may also issue a refund directly at its own discretion (for example, to prevent a chargeback), independent of this policy.
Renewals and cancellations
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.
- For annual plans, the 30-day guarantee applies from the date of each purchase/renewal. Cancelling after the 30-day window prevents future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law, which it does not limit.
